     All used equipment is covered by the terms of the respective manufactures warranty (if applicable)and should be returned to the manufacture directly.  VanceMetalDetecting.com does not serve as a represenative of the manufacture, should service be required under an existing warranty.  If the original manufacture's warranty is not applicable,  VanceMetalDetecting.com will not be held liable for any service requirments, unless stated in the comment section on your invoice.  You must receive a return authorization from VanceMetalDetecting.com within 30 days to returning any product for a refund or exchange.  Product must be in UNUSED NEW condition no exceptions to this rule.  Any merchandise damaged in transit will be insured for the proper amount and will be repaired or replaced by the shipping company (USPS, UPS,FEDEX,DHL) or by VanceMetalDetecting.com on uninsured occasions. Please contact us (via email or by phone) to obtain a Return Authorization for any damaged merchandise you may receive (this must be done within no more than 3 hours past signature of acception, or 24 hours if no signature required) NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION.  All returns or exchanges require a 30% restocking fee and postage is non refundable.  Please verify the contents of your return package before shipping it to us.  All returned or exchanged merchandise NEW or USED must be in the EXACT same condition as it was received (opening your merchandise and assembling or using it means its condition has changed).  That includes the equipment, original packaging and all documentation that accompanied your order from VanceMetalDetecting.com

All USED detectors or equipment are sold "AS IS" with no additional warranty, implied or expressed (unless otherwise stated in the comment box of your invoice).  Return shipping with adequate insurance are customers responsibility (new or used).  A 30% re-stocking fee will apply if original shipment is refused or returned to VanceMetalDetecting.com due to not being home to accept the merchandise, this applys to all products being purchased from VanceMetalDetecting.com including exchanges unless it was an error at VanceMetalDetecting.com
